El Jefe “Grande” is a one liter bottle of Tempranillo produced from a single estate in Castilla y Leon (Zamorra) just south of Toro. The family has been growing grapes in this region for three generations. They tie their harvest and ferment in breathable cement tanks to express the natural strength, sinewy agility, balance and fresh nature of Tempranillo of the area.
