Bordiga is a distillery that has been alive since 1888. We cultivate experience, following recipes handed down from generation to generation and refined over the years. Authenticity and tradition guide our company towards the future, intertwining with innovation. The processes with which we work the individual botanicals are still artisanal today, without the use of centrifuges, nor ultrasounds, solvents or synthetic aromas, so as to preserve all the characteristics and the unique and aromatic taste of the mountain herbs.
