With a personal mission to visit 100 countries before the age of 50, founder Eric Kaye discovered rum to be his preferred spirit and went out of his way to seek out rare and unusual rums during his travels. The more he saw and sampled from the world, the more he noticed that hard-to-find, high-proof rums were rarely imported to North America. Countless tastings and pilgrimages led to a life-changing – decision to launch Holes Cay Rum in 2019.
